We only sell quality products, All our products are tested for years prior to importing them and selling them to you. By use doing this we can offer a 30 day money back guarantee if the product doesn’t meet the specs quoted for each product.

Returns.

Like anything products can get damaged in freight, If this has happened please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods, Please send images and a short description of what is damaged. We will act on the asap and send a replacement part our replace the whole unit. We must have the damage unit sent back to us.

Freight.

We do our best to calculated the correct freight but Australia is so widely spread that the prices are calculated to major cities Only. If you leave further away there may be a freight difference that will need to be paid on top of the total price.  We will advise on the prior to processing the order. If you need to now the freight cost please send us an email with what your after and the postcode where these are to be delivered to.
